Please note that we are constantly working on better product availability and our customer’s ease of finding the right product for their application. If the product you want is out of stock, please refer to the product equivalent. Electracore ships everywhere in Canada and the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Note that we can’t ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Damages

Unfortunately, if your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact our team as promptly as possible at 1-844-466-8670. One of our team members will help you file a claim on your behalf.

Please keep all damaged packaging material and products to be able to file a claim with the shipping company. (Note that pictures will be needed to file a claim)

The company Electracore is not responsible for shipping damages that occurred once your parcel has left our warehouses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We ship directly from our Canadian warehouses, so customs charges aren’t expected within Canada.
Regardless Electracore is in no circumstance responsible for any; customs fees, taxes, and all other fees applied to your order during or after shipping. They are the customer’s responsibility.
