Exchange And Return Conditions And Exclusions

CONDITIONS:

  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • If you have installed and/or turned on the product the return or exchange will not be accepted
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • 50% restocking fee with be charged for all returns. (This fee will be waived if the product is
    exchanged)
  • Your product is only eligible for up to 14 days after the exchange request is approved. If the product
    is not returned within 14 days of the request approval, it will be considered a return and a 50% restocking fee will apply.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Exchanges and returns only apply to Canadian orders. Orders shipped to any other country are considered final sales.
  • Parts and accessories
  • Installed or used products.
  • Products damaged by the consumer.
  • Custom orders (products not normally stocked in Canada)
  • Customized products

RETURNS

Please allow 7-10 business days after the product has been received and inspected in our facility for the transaction to clear.

Once your refund is approved it will be issued to the same method you used to pay when purchasing, not including shipping and handling fees.

A manufacturer restocking fee of 50% will be deducted from your refund. Conditions and exclusions apply.

STEPS TO PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Log into your profile by clicking ‘sign in / register’ at the top of the page
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’ to navigate to your profile page
  3. Once in your profile, click ‘Purchases’ and then ‘Purchase History’
  4. Select the order number relating to your return claim
  5. On the order page, select ‘Request Return’ or ‘Request Exchange’ depending on the nature of your request
  6. Fill out the form provided and submit your request
  7. Your claim has now been initiated. Our team will email you with the next step. Please allow 5-7 business days after submitting your request for our team to start processing your exchange or return.
  8. Keep all products and pieces relating to your return until you’ve been advised on the next steps.

RETURNS

Please follow this checklist to ensure an easy and hassle-free return.

  • If the product has been unwrapped, it must be rewrapped in its original packaging. Make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damages during transportation.
  • Be certain the product has never been used or installed.
  • Within the box, make sure to include all documents, components, and cables from the original shipment.
  • Attach the return label provided to the box.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS CHECKLIST MAY RESULT IN EXTRA CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF COMPONENTS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED DURING THE RETURN PROCESS. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT DURING THE RETURN SHIPPING IF THE PRODUCT WAS NOT PROPERLY PACKAGED.
